Supreme Court of Canada rules managers cannot unionize in Quebec
On April 19, 2024, the Supreme Court of Canada handed down the long-awaited decision on the unionization of managers.
In their Commercial Division Update, Thomas J. Hall and Judith A. Archer indicate that the New York Commercial Division continues to exercise great caution to avoid unnecessary disclosure of tax returns, including by ordering in camera inspection to determine whether they should be produced.
